Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 days lead time to process your order before ship out. We have a few options on how to get your goods:

1. Same Day Delivery - If you are from Metro Manila, we highly encourage this method via Grab, Lalamove, or Mr. Speedy. We can coordinate with you and arrange rider pick-up via online messages or SMS! We ship from Taguig City, Philippines. 
2. Standard shipping - this shipping option will take an estimated 1-2 days within Metro Manila, and longer for provincial locations.
3. Pickup - Can be arranged on a case to case basis at our designated pickup locations in Taguig City. Please contact us before ordering to check if we can arrange for pick up!

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days for ready to ship, non-custom items. For orders that include food or beverages, please allow up to 1 week lead time for procurement and delivery. If you are in a rush, please message us on Facebook or Instagram to expedite your order -- this can be accommodated on a case-to-case basis.
