We accept BPI and BDO Online / Bank Deposit, GCash, or Paypal. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1. Choose your items and add them to cart.
2. Check out using Bank Transfer -- BPI or GCash preferred.
3. Please wait for our confirmation message via SMS or email for the total payment amount (Product + Shipping Fee). Please send us a screenshot of the payment once done. You can find our estimated shipping rates on this page
4. We'll go ahead and fulfill and ship your order!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND RECEIVED?

The products posted on our website are up to date and on-hand. We process and ship out within 1-3 business days. For orders that include food/beverage items, please allow up to 1 week lead time for procurement and delivery.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We ship from Taguig City, Philippines.

WILL THE BOXES LOOK EXACTLY LIKE IN THE PHOTOS?

Yes, we try to make it look as close to the photos as possible, but box filler colors and trim may vary depending on availability. Gift boxes ship as brown boxes (kraft or corrugated box) tied with ribbon. For Standard Shipping, we add bubble wrap for to ensure your gift boxes are well protected. 

Leave a message on the checkout page if you'd like us to include a handwritten note to your recipient!

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY ORDER?

Awww... we'd be bummed about it. We try to post all pertinent details on our product listings, descriptions, measurements and dimensions, so you can decide if you / your recipient will like it or not.
