Refund Policy

Kindly inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

If any defects are found, we accept returns for unused items on a case-by-case basis. Please notify Lex and Summer within 7 business days of receiving your order to report any issues with the product.

To initiate a return, take a photo of the damaged item and send it to hello@lexandsummer.com. If we have the item in stock, we’ll send a replacement immediately. In cases where the item cannot be restocked, we will issue a refund.
